Besides headers, cv-calc roi and draw operations can now read the shapes from csv files. To incorporate this, usual csv options have also been added to the shape attributes and the comma separated format of specifying shape attributes has been marked deprecated.

The files must have timestamp and (reverse) index fields in addition to the fields relevant to the shape so that multiple shapes can be applied / drawn on the relevant image.

# mask images
> cat images.bin \
    | cv-calc roi --rectangles="../../rds/static_dataset/detections.csv;fields=t,index,,min/x,min/y,max/x,max/y;normalized" \
    > drawn.bin

# draw rectangles and circles from file, example visualized below
> cat images.bin \
    | cv-calc draw --rectangles="../../rds/static_dataset/detections.csv;fields=t,index,,min/x,min/y,max/x,max/y;normalized" \
         --circles="circles.csv;fields=t,index,,centre/x,centre/y,radius;weight=3;color/r=255;normalized" \
    > drawn.bin
